Shipping info

Football & Vintage Amsterdam will bring the parcel to the post office within 2 working days after an order has been placed. That means: if you order something on Saturday, it will be brought to the post office on Tuesday at the latest.

International delivery
We have a worldwide shipping service, because the love for vintage sports clothing has no boundaries.

Delivery time
Currently we use delivery times of 1 to 4 working days (Mon – Sat) within the Netherlands. Outside of the Netherlands, the delivery times vary strongly because of new border security rules, e.g. in the UK due to Brexit, and the coronavirus. When placing your order and in your order confirmation you will see the expected delivery time.

Shipping options and costs
Within the Netherlands:

  • €5,50 for a parcel that fits in the mail box (‘brievenbuspakketje’) – with tracking;
  • €7,50 for a large parcel – with tracking, and
  • €10,00 for a secured/signed parcel – with tracking.

Outside of the Netherlands – zones:
EUR 1:                                  Belgium, Denmark (excl. Faeröer Islands and Greenland), Germany, France, (incl. Corsica and Monaco), Italy (excl. San Marino and Vatican City), Luxembourg, Austria, Spain (incl. Balearen, excl. Canary Islands), Sweden.
EUR 2:                                 all other countries within Europe (excl. Russia).
Rest of the world (ROW):  all other countries (incl. Russia).

Shipping insurance
We offer multiple shipping options to suit your needs. You can choose to have your package sent via an uninsured method (within the Netherlands only), or you can opt for additional coverage with insurance up to €45, or full insurance for the total value of your order. Please note that if you select an uninsured shipping method, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during transit. For peace of mind, we highly recommend selecting one of our insured shipping options, especially for higher-value items.

Track & Trace
When your order is shipped, you will see this in your account and you will receive a confirmation email.

Customs duties and taxes
Please note that all international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon arrival in the destination country. Even if the parcel is a gift. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid by the recipient before the package can be released. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order. If the parcel is sent from another country in the European Union (EU), you never pay import duties. If you live outside of the EU: in most cases you do not pay import duties or VAT for gifts up to €45/£39. If you have special wishes, please make sure to add a note to your order or in a separate email.

Can I have my order delivered to another address?
Have you entered the wrong address or have your plans changed? Once you’ve placed your order, in most cases it is not possible to change your address, but this can differ per courier. If you do have the option to change the address, you will find the instructions for this in the e-mail from the courier and in the Track & Trace link. Please note: if you want to change the order you can always send an email or message via the contact information on the bottom of the webshop.

Can I have my order delivered to a collection point?
Within the Netherlands in most cases you can choose to have your order delivered to a PostNL collection point. As soon as your order has arrived at the location of your choice, you will receive an email from PostNL. Then you have 7 days to collect your order. For destinations outside of the Netherlands: please make sure to track your parcel, it is always your own responsibility to pick up the parcel from your mail box or drop-off point.

What happens to your order if you are not at home?
The delivery person from PostNL offers the order to the delivery address. If you are not present during delivery, PostNL will then let you know with one of the following 3 options where your order is:

  • They will come back the next day;
  • The order is with the neighbors;
  • Or the order is at a collection point.

Please note: The couriers that pick up the parcel across Dutch borders may have their own rules.
