Description
Very rare West Bromwich Albion (WBA) away shirt as worn in the season 1982-1983. It is the sponsorless version (worn in the FA cup).
The away version was worn in a few games, including Manchester City away. In the next season (1983-84), WBA did not (I believe) wear the away shirt at all. I think it might be due to the fact that the black-white home version had enough contrast to all opponents’ shirts.
It’s a slim fit corresponding to how players wore shirts back in the days.
