Description
Beautiful match worn Uruguay long-sleeved home shirt from number #14 Eber Maos/Cesilio De Los Santos/Marcelo Saralegui in the international campaign of 1993. It is likely that there was only one numbered shirt for multiple games/players, as was usual until the early 1990s.
In the 1993 Copa America, Uruguay became second in the group stage before losing to Colombia in the quarter finals. After the Copa America, Uruguay played 8 games in the qualification of the 1994 World Cup.
