Description
Mach worn or issued S.S. Lazio home shirt in the season 1994-1995 by the club’s number 15 Giorgio Venturin and/or Diego Fuser. The number 15 was worn by bench players in these years. A very rare match version with the Umbro logos in the numbers on the back. This version was only used in two matches in the 1994-1995 season, against Torino at home on 11 September 1994 and against Napoli at home on 16 October 1994. Venturin sat on the bench the entire game against Torino (3-0 win). Fuser came in at the 60th minute against Napoli. Napoli were destroyed by Lazio: 5-1.
The 1994–1995 season saw Lazio continue their rise in Italian football, now led by coach Zdeněk Zeman and his famous attacking style. With Signori scoring regularly and players like Alen Bokšić and Paul Gascoigne adding quality, Lazio became one of the most entertaining teams in Serie A.
