Match worn or issued early 1990s Hellas Verona home shirt by the club’s number 10 for one of the seasons between 1991-1995. Throughout these years, this number was frequently worn by Dragan Stojković, Robert Prytz, Frederico Giampaolo, Gianluca Pessotto, Giovanni Cefis, Alessandro Manetti and Gianluca Lamacchi.
In the 1991-92 season, Verona wore 2 different home shirt versions, one fully yellow as the and the other one sold here as the third shirt with the yellow/blue vertical stripes. I believe that the latter was worn in 1992 for the first time. The shirt was be maintained until 1994-1995.
The 1991-92 season ended in a deception for Hellas Verona: they got relegated to the second division Serie B after finishing 16th in the Serie A. In the next period, 1992-1995, they were a mid table team. This ended already after the 1995-96 season when they got promoted back to the Serie A after finishing second in the league. In the years after they were going back and forth between the first and second league. They even ended up in the third highest league, the Serie C1/Lega Pro Prima Divisione in the 2000s. As of today, 2026, they play in the Serie A.
