Carlo Perrone is a former Italian midfielder who only played for Italian clubs in his career. He was born and raised in Padua and made his debut in the city’s club Padova in 1977. After playing for a handful of other clubs, Perrone joined Atalanta in 1990. He was active in the period 1990-1994, before moving back to his hometown club Padova where he finished his career in 1995. After his career as a football player, he managed some clubs from the lower devisions of Italy. He is now, as of 2023, manager of Portugese club Olhanense.
In this 1991-1992 season, Atalanta ended 10th in the Serie A. In the next season, 1992-93, Atalanta wore the same away shirt but with a different collar.
