Atalanta remained a solid mid-table side in Serie A during these seasons, finishing 11th in 1991-92 under coach Bruno Giorgi. The following season (1992-93) saw them finish 8th under Marcello Lippi. Key players included Maurizio Ganz, the team’s main goal threat. And players like Roberto Bordin, Carlo Perrone and Sergio Porrini who were starting almost every game this season. The club also continued to develop young talents, staying true to its reputation for nurturing future stars.
