Match worn AC Milan 2002-2003 long-sleeved home shirt by number #13 Alessandro Nesta in the Serie A. Former Italian defender Nesta is a living AC Milan club legend, who spent most of his football career at AC Milan. The official Serie A logo patch is present on the right sleeve, while the “5” Champions League trophy’s patch is stitched to the left sleeve.
This was the first season of Nesta at AC Milan after being part of the youth and first Lazio team. The center back played over 200 matches for Milan in a ten year period (2002-2012). Nesta was active at the Italian national football team (Azzurri) between 1996 and 2006.
In this 2002-03 season, AC Milan finished third in the Serie A and became Coppa Italia and UEFA Champions League winners. A legendary season with manager Carlo Ancelotti and star players like Gattuso, Inzaghi, Pirlo, Rivaldo, Seedorf, and of course captain Paolo Maldini.
