Amazing Ajax third (3rd) shirt as worn in the UEFA Champions League season 2022-2023. Made with Amsterdam-based fashion brand Daily Paper. It has the Champions patches on the right sleeve and the Curacao sponsor patch on the left sleeve.
Nine Amsterdam’s street football courts have been implemented in the design of this shirt. These iconic football cages, currently named “Cruijff courts”, have functioned as the breeding ground of many Dutch football talents. Including players like Edgar Davids and Patrick Kluivert. The kit also features Daily Paper branding under the Ajax crest, and the classic Amsterdam logo with Daily Paper text underneath on top of the neck.
The 2022–2023 season for Ajax was full of highs and lows. The team ended up third in the Eredivisie, played in the KNVB Cup final, and took part in Europe — in the UEFA Champions League group stage and then in the UEFA Europa League knock-out play‑offs.
Devyne Rensch, a home‑grown talent from Ajax’s own academy, became a regular defender during that 2022–2023 season. He showed maturity, speed, and promise — a young player with clear potential, representing Ajax youth tradition and bringing energy whenever he stepped onto the pitch.
